Enjoying a delicious brunch at home in your pyjamas is the perfect way to kickstart the weekend. From avocado toast topped with tangy feta and soft poached eggs to stacks of golden pancakes with streaky bacon and sweet maple syrup, brunch is a great excuse to eat a selection of your favourite dishes.


We’ve have selected our favourite brunch dishes for you, from acai bowls to overnight oats and everything in between, so get cracking and up your brunch game this weekend.


1. Acai Bowls

Drizzle chunky peanut butter on top for nutty notes. By Anna Fox

For a tropical twist, top your acai bowl with mixed fresh fruit, toasted coconut flakes and walnuts. By Anna Fox























2. Pancakes


The trick to making fluffy American style pancakes is to seperate the egg whites and yolk, then whisking the whites until stiff peaks form. By Anna Fox

For a sweet and fruity flavour, finish your pancakes with Greek yoghut, fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup. By Anna Fox


3. Avocado Toast with soft poached eggs and feta


Ancient grains sourdough topped with mashed avocado and lime, finished with a soft poached egg, chopped spring onions and crumbled feta and balsamic glaze for a tangy taste. By Anna Fox


4. Overnight oats


Cover a portion of porridge oats with milk, mix and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, wash and chop fresh fruit and sprinkle cinnamon and ginger on top for a sweet and woody taste. By Anna Fox

5. Eggs



A poached egg on lightly buttered sourdough toast is simple yet delicious. Top with ground black pepper and a sprinkling of sea salt. By Anna Fox
